WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your job as a JOB TITLE is one of the most exciting roles in the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of events, from planning to on-ground coordination and post-event reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all event touchpoints.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and venues to ensure smooth logistics and timely execution.
• Support the marketing team in creating campaign materials, content calendars, and promotional assets.
• Assist in analyzing sales and campaign data to support reseller performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies for content creation and social media execution.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations to share insights and track success metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events or activations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and partners.
• Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Marketing or social media coordination experience is a bonus.
• Previous experience in direct sales or social commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Open-minded, fast learner, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
