Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on the multilevel marketing industry. This role involves designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our resellers, helping them to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our resellers to develop a training strategy that supports business objectives and sales goals
- Identify the sales team's pain points and training needs, and create training plans to address gaps in knowledge and skills
- Develop tailored sales programs and deliver training sessions online and offline using various learning tools
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and assessments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure training materials are aligned with company goals and strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales training to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective
- Coach and mentor our resellers to ensure they are using the latest sales tools and techniques effectively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the direct selling industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, sales tools, and industry practice
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin, and great presentation skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Agility in a constantly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training software and tools
